Return Policies:

Tatak Pilipino Inc. will replace  item which is due to manufacturer defects with the same item with no-charge, however, proof  of purchase is needed for us to provide you with this return policy service.

Barong Tagalog - other clothing exchanged only for appropriate size, we will not exchanged washed / ironed or stained barong. Tag should be intact.

Media Items (VCD, CD, DVD) - NO refunds. Exchange only for unopened items with invoice. Shipping charges will be applied in sending replacement. If defective, we exchange with the same titles with no-shipping charge.

No returns on Christmas Lanterns. All Christmas Lanterns are checked, before we ship to customers. If Parol found damage due to transit please call Customer Service at 1-800-828-2577 within 24 hours.
